Just waiting

Well right now we are just waiting for our fingerprints to come back from the FBI before we can update our homestudy. We did just recieve some paperwork in the mail to sign and return but our last name were spelled wrong!! No biggie as things can be fixed. Not much else we can do but wait for now. We'll keep everyone one updated so keep on praying for us.

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.

Hi! Our family is in the process of adopting a little toddler boy from Kazakhstan! Our mom has asked from what part/region of Kazakhstan you are in the process of adopting? We are in the process of adopting from Pavlodar.

Mom said that you can call to the HQ in West Virginia, and if you have a child waiting and tell them so, they will expedite the fingerprints. The same goes the NCIS form. But again, only if you have a child waiting.

We are at almost the same place as you in our adoption- currently we are doing the last bit of dossier compilation.

With Kirsten and my being the soon-to-be older sisters of a new toddler, I have felt nothing but utter joy aboout God's calling our family to do this. I can hardly wait to hug my little brother. God is so good that He would choose to have us bless and be blessed through the miracle of adoption. <3

You guys are the epitome of patience and persistence. God honors that - always. Sometimes in ways that we can never imagine.

I love the quotes that you close each post with. Love them.

Hi - just chekcing in now that we have good internet again and I have a moment. You guys have been in our prayers and throughts. Keep going, your dream will come through. It really touched our heart that you read our blog and commented during our journey even though you were going through such turmoil on your own. As you know there were times during our journey when we couldn't go into the nursery or go through the children's area of a store. It will happen for you, and you will be great parents.
